Only comment I would make, that could be considered "negative" would be some small assembly diagram, and a clue as to what type of glue might be used to hold it together. I know that thin ACC, and Faller expert do not work, and walthers GOO shows some promise, I'll know tomorrow. Its a nice piece, and it saved me a ton of work, cutting and fitting all of the members, and reinforcements. Now if only I can get it stuck together...;-)

After a few messages back and forth about the product, one was made to special order, along with two standard pieces, excellent communication from the start. Parts were mailed out quickly , when the package arrived, the box had a huge hole in it, only two of the 3 parts were in it. I contacted the seller, sent pics, and without hesitation they informed me that they would send out another one, got it today ,shop with confidence ! AAAAA+++++

Not only that, but he's super responsive to inquiries and communications. One caviat: you must be prepared to give him time to print up your structure, so shipping time is not all 'shipping' time; it is mfg time, plus shipping (which is pretty darn fast once your product is finished). I will be a return customer!

Shipping was a little bit slow, but I received them without damage. When I opened the package there was only one. I contacted the seller right away and he responded instantly. He apologized for the error and corrected it right away. I received a tracking number the next day and the second portal is on its way. I plan on buying another set of these soon. 😊👍
