HOWEVER, customer service was 10/10 and they refunded me as soon as I messaged them. They also didn’t make me return the item to compensate for my inconvenience (their words not mine). I will say I ordered another large print book from them and it came as described, delivery was very speedy. I will definitely be buying more in the future (if Grandad approves, this is a bit of a test)
