But for my experience I purchased an item. A couple days late I inquired when it would ship, right after the message I received the tracking and then got a notice saying I will get a refund -the seller doesn’t know how long it’ll take to deliver. I think the seller puts up a low price, when the item goes up for a higher price - refunds it and sells it at a higher price - which I was willing to pay
