Product was in good shape, worked and the value (for me) was excellent. Had one of these hair curlers (I'm now 70) when I was a college student. I was devastated when it finally died. I continued to use the curlers in a small electric fryer filled with a little water with great success. That is, until the day I left it on and the curlers melted away. Best hair curler set I ever had! So happy to have it once again!
