Seller Notes: “Here for your consideration is this very good condition refinished original used pair of 1970-72 ... “Here for your consideration is this very good condition refinished original used pair of 1970-72 Plymouth Barracuda / Cuda rear bumper guard to rear bumper painted metal reinforcement plates. These are Chrysler part #2962313 originals . These mount on the back side of your rear bumper, where the stud from rear bumper guard goes through the rear bumper, and under the nut, to reinforce and distribute the torque from tightening down the bumper guard nut, so it doesn't distort your bumper, with they are inclined to do without these important reinforcement plates being mounting. These very good original reinforcement plates were both bead blasted clean down to bare metal, then epoxy primed and painted in a nice satin black enamel. These do have some pitting on them from surface rust that had been on them, but still look good, and not really visible from rear of bumper much anyway. Don't be without these if yours are missing, damaged, or rusted out. Be sure to put in that bid today!”
