After contacting the company about my shipment, they assured me that it was not a scam and that there was an issue with the shipping label, and that I would receive it next week. Still feeling uneasy about the purchase, I did receive it that following week as promised. I'm so happy it was not fraudulent, and looking to crank it up. Thanks!
- a***- (491)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBUYER BEWARE - This is the most unethical seller I have ever delt with - this computer didn’t work when I got it - IM NOT A TECH GUY - the seller said it’s an easy fix just take the cover off and make these adjustments- still didn’t work then we agreed to try a new SSD Drive that the seller sent 2 weeks later - that still didn’t work - seller said I could return it but he will not send a replacement and if he can the the thing to work he will not give a refund - how do u think that would go

I PURCHASED ONE OF THEIR NEW HIGH END COMPUTERS. I PAID ADDITIONAL FOR A CD/DVD ROM THAT DIDN'T WORK. VIDEO SENT AS REQUESTED. IT WASN'T REPLACED. THE SOUND SYSTEM WENT OUT ALSO. I HAD VARIOUS PROBLEMS AND I TOOK IT TO A COMPUTER TECH BUSINESS. I FOUND OUT THE MOTHERBOARD WAS MADE IN 2011 AND DESIGNED FOR WINDOWS 10, BORDERLINE FOR WINDOWS 11 OPERATION. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
