When I received my bag, it had balding patches on the suede material and multiple stain marks that was not shown in the photos provided. When I informed the seller, they just ignored my complaint and said they don’t take refunds. They are extremely dishonest as a seller and shouldn’t be allowed to sell. All the other negative reviews are spot on and telling the truth.
