Item was clean and seemed in new condition. I could find NO paperwork, owners manual nothing. When I plugged it in the "on"light did not come on, so you guess if it's on or not. It does work, I emailed my concerns. they replied with a video link from Amazon, saying copy and paste, it should help. Not impressed.
