Unfortunately, Evri mishandled the parcel — the packaging was gouged, and it was located a day later only after I contacted their customer service to trace the delivery route. The driver had falsely marked it as delivered without making an actual attempt. I’d suggest employing a more reputable courier to complement your prompt and professional service.
