The price was very good, the sellers packaging and delivery were very good. Just bear in mind that you will need to clean them before use. They told me to throw the filter in the bin and they would send out the correct filter, which they did. The only issue I had was the fact that the item was described as used, however, I didn’t really expect the item to not be clean. It was a little off putting. I messaged them and they said I could return it, however, I decided to keep it as I wanted a genuine Dyson product. Communication from this company is great.
