    The shipment was six weeks late. Worse still, two instruments were damaged. When I contacted the seller to resolve the situation, they said they would send me another instrument on the condition that I buy another item from them, which I obviously refused. I wrote to them saying I would report the issue to eBay and leave negative feedback, and they promised to send me the instruments. A month has passed since then, and we haven't received any further response. I don't recommend them
