I found the communication from the shipper to be vague at times, which only complicated things when I'd initially only get responses in the middle of the night. I was really excited to receive these shoes, but they disappointed too. As I feared might happen, they were too small for me, and the uppers are uneven enough to be felt and visible. Just a series of unfortunate circumstances, I guess.
