She tried them on and said they felt uncomfortable. After doing a little research, I found directly from True, new skates should be baked and never tried on fresh out of the box. Of course I was hesitant. So at the recommendation of a friend who uses true skates, I baked them. My wife said the difference was night and day. She loves them and says they fit like a glove.
