I rarely do a negative review, but if your looking to keep your fingers warm, these are not the gloves for you. I didn't notice one difference with the batteries turned on. There's no heat to speak of. My fingers freeze in 2 minutes. The seller did work with me on a partial refund. The seller agreed to it. It's not much but at least it's something. I haven't gotten the refund yet. I just agreed to it. May b a few days.

However, I did not have the original latch when I made the order and I couldn't compare it to the pictures on eBay. This product is made from poor quality plastic and does not fit like the original VAG part. You get what you buy, but this is not an original quality part.
