Sleeves looked completely different than photos, material was different and they never added any of their own photos of the item until after I called them out on it. They admitted there were "issues with the sleeves" and they kept changing what the cardigan was actually made of (first a "different kind of wool", then cashmere) etc. So disappointed and annoyed I have to deal with sending it back and paying return shipping.
