He claimed the factory shipped the wrong item and instead of shipping the correct item to me as soon as possible he wanted me to ship the wrong item back first and once he received it he would then mail me the right one. I paid $200 for a key that was supposed to have 2 buttons and they provided me with one that had not buttons. Will never buy from.
