According to tracking, the item has been delivered., even after it was cancelled months ago I have contacted USPS, they can not do anything, the tracking number verified it was delivered in a mailbox at 12:31PM, Oct 1. No package, unless USPS delivered to wrong lockers mailbox. I guess for me, since it was cancelled and refunded on eBay's end, I have nothing to complain about.
