No sign of having been installed or used at all. The package was a bit rough with the bottom tape partially torn and the cardboard box pretty banged up, but nevertheless there was no damage. I proceeded with installing the sump assembly in my dishwasher. It worked perfectly. The price was right for being an open box item, yet still in new condition.
