The chips on the original carts do not just come off. They are affixed to the cartridge. They responded by saying "just replace the original chips is ok, very easy." well if it is that easy, just provide a simple video. Have someone hold a phone and record it, post it to the auction you are selling. Their response was to buy a different product from them.
