On the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told that they mailed it to the wrong location and canceled my order. Not an apology and please let us get it to you as soon as we can. I spent three years in Japan and I have never see this type of service, lack of pride and honor from a Japanese business. If I could give the zero stars, I would.
