After several emails back and forth to him and unsuccessfully attempting to initiate the return without paying shipping through your website, I gave up and returned it at my expense. I’ve reordered the part from Amazon. It is new, and if it there is any problem with it, I’m sure they will authorize a return without all of the hassle and free to me.
