Asked for details next day,no reply for 2 days. Contacted eBay and filed dispute on charge card. They told eBay next day I had open charge card dispute and eBay stepped out. The item they sent was faulty, something tells me they KNEW they were sending a defective item. When I filled for return they did not reach out at all, no communication whatsoever, offered me a lousy partial refund for 20 percent of the value of the order, I payed full, not partial. I still need the item which I have to find in Amazon I guess. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, fraudulent item.
