Looked for a while like the parcel had been lost by Royal Mail but seller offered to rectify the situation regardless by sending over the same part again despite this not being their fault. Luckily the original delivery turned up but great communication and efforts from seller. Part repaired and now works as intended.

I sent the FRM3 module off on Tuesday (24hr service) and received it back on the Friday morning (24hr service). The module was all fixed. Everything was working again. A great efficient service. Just as described. Highly recommended. Proper job!
