I found out later that this DELL hardware does not support Windows 11 and has a support warning in the Dell and Microsoft websites. The software can only be loaded by fraudulently bypassing the software /hardware requirements. Please check with manufacturers before purchase as I have been ghosted and have raised a fraud report with EBay. Save yourself.
