Seller did not accept that I was sent an inactivated/ unfunctional item and then stopped responding to my requests to get a resolution. I took the sim to a Vodaphone shop who confirmed that the sim was never activated and they couldn’t help. Seller blanked me after I told him what Voda said. Had to buy a similar item from a different seller which worked perfectly. Waste of time and money, very disappointed.
