    Extremely prompt courier delivery. Item is not of best quality (lid release was initially inoperable due to the base plate & flex being jammed inside and though eventually released the spring system only works intermittently). That said, the packable size is perfect for me and low wattage boiling time is OK. Some sellers are asking £10 more for this item, so al in all fair value.

    The item had a damaged filter on the spout and the box was damaged. Looked as if it had been returned by someone else. However, it worked fine so I have kept it. Our biggest gripe was the delivery by Evri. If I could give a minus rating I would. It was finally delivered on the 3rd day. Kept getting messages it was out for delivery only to be canx later in the day. Even on the 3rd day we were informed it wouldn't be delivered then it was. A very unreliable company.
