Creatine dissolves in water, leaving me pondering the fact that there is no creatine in the capsule as legitimate creatine is in powder format in the capsule. Just wasted $70 to throw these in bin. Beware of getting these from China, which I never checked when ordering. Daitea company very sus too when you google info on them. Ebay you should not have them on your site
