But like I said when you messaged me, I ship the item to an eBay hub for all international sales. Once the item arrives there, eBay takes possession of it. Sometimes it is randomly opened to check that nothing illegal is in the box, or repackaged completely if they feel it is necessary. They also handle any issues with defects because they take possession of it. Your frustration should be directed toward eBay.
