Waited 6 days and then followed up as the return pack hadn’t arrived, only to be asked to wait an additional 2 days, and that if it still didn’t arrive they’d issue refund. Contact seller again after 2 days to confirm still not received and was asked to wait another day! Raised as a dispute with my bank for a refund as seller not replying.
