    I received a very poorly packaged item with no protection in a flimsy crushed box. It's a miracle it wasn't damaged in shipping. The plastic on on the blower wheel part was fully stripped out. The blower was purchased for top dollar, and this damage was not disclosed. I asked for a partial refund with photos of the dsmage, and the seller ghosted me for weeks. Be cery careful dealing with this seller. Poor communication, lack of experience dismantling and describing parts is evident.

    This item was never shipped because they couldn't find it. I did not agree to have the order cancelled, but they did send a refund. This seller did NOT communicate in a timely fashion until I reached out to find out if they shipped the item. It is understandable things happen, but communicate with the buyer, so they aren't waiting for an item for almost a week.
