This item is brand new. Excellent condition, excellent packaging, and well built. The issue was that it was for an EF-M mount not EF, and would not fit any of the cameras that I own. My problem was not the product, but the handling of my issue of it not being the correct mount. I reached out to the seller. Instead of asking did I want to exchange it for one that fit my cameras, the person I spoke to ask could I give it to a friend and purchase a new lens from them. Thoroughly disappointed.
