I was really disappointed in the Hummels I received. Joyful is so badly cracked, chipped and broken and put back together like Humpty Dumpty. I would be embarrassed to sell something like this. Seller told me he was sorry and offered me a refund if I wanted to ship them back. I'm not in the shape to take them somewhere to be shipped off. I'll just be more careful next time. It also took a long time before they got here.
