The embroidered part is attached to the Velcro by a single stich around the border of the patch. That works fine on the small one, but it makes the larger one not sit right on the plate carrier. When I tried it on I found it looks sloppy and unprofessional. I wont wear it in the field. The smaller patch is fine, but $20 for a tiny patch is hardly worth the money. I wouldn't have bought it if I could have seen it and picked it up first. Shopping online sucks.
