The item was not delivered. I had to go to the post office and pick it up. The note from the post office that was left in my mailbox said there was postage due for $3.75. On my arrival, the postal clerk found the package, looked at it and then said that the package was opened by the post office without an explanation, and also said no postage was due, and someone had made a mistake. The package was taped up by the post office which said " received in damaged condition". I have not opened it.
