If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I asked this seller before purchase if anything was wrong with the clock. They didn't respond. The clock was marked fully functional. I bought the clock, and it turned out to be missing one of the hands. I asked how they'd like to fix the problem. They offered a partial refund, then they then ghosted me. Ebay says i can just return for full price if the seller confirms receipt of return. How can I trust that? The seller is a no call, no show loser.
