I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The seller failed to deliver the product and when I reached out for assistance, I was simply told to contact the delivery company myself. This is not the level of service I expected. The seller’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to help resolve the issue has left me frustrated and without the item I ordered. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. Very poor experience overall.

Royal Mail haven't delivered the item, i uploaded tracking to the customer so that they could have a look. I have now contacted Royal Mail to try and find out where the product is or what the issue is but customer is demanding refund before we've even got a response.
