The "penetration" section is both awkward to use and doesn't have a good feel to it, so that function really isn't worth it much. The "bladder" section also doesn't function well - it is difficult to attach the catheter properly, and it doesn't properly get the urine out of the prostehtic as you would expect it to. Overall, pretty to look at, not fun to use.
