Not new open box as described - SSD had a full Windows install, and according to CrystalDiskInfo a couple hours of runtime, which if I reading eBay's definitions correctly makes it used or seller refurbished--not a big deal to me, but it might be to you. But it works flawlessly, great condition both functionally and aesthetically, and promptly shipped and properly packed to boot. Thank you!
