Item was listed as New Item received was not new and looked to be previously installed. Cover plate was marred. Contacted Beach Audio and agent was less than helpful with attitude. He said he would send a return authorization thru Ebay. Never got it. Had to call back and prod Beach Audio to expedite the refund because the mistake was on their end. Finally after about three weeks received refund. I would definitely not buy from Beach Audio ever again. Terrible customer service.
