It almost took a month 2 receive the package. For some reason, they wasn’t functioning properly. So I did reach out 2 the seller. They did respond back quickly 2 help me. They gave me instructions to follow . I did but still they weren’t still functioning properly. I got so frustrated I just decided 2 go 2 Walmart to pay the full price for so new ones. Just know I can clear tell there’s a big difference in both of the beats! There’s 7 difference in the two. Theses aren’t the real deal Pro beats
