This is real, beautiful leather. Zipper is smooth as butter. Stitches are tight. It fits all of my cards and I can still easily close it. No communication was needed with the seller. Almost 3 weeks to US. It was well packed and protected for shipping. Wish there were more color choices in this exact model.
