In 2010, the owners of Unit 53 started harassing Geoff's family and several other neighbours. Unit 53 escalated their attacks over the years which led to many police visits and legal proceedings and eventually led to a court ordered 'Forced Sale' imposed on them in 2018. Inside these pages, Geoff details how he, his family, other unit owners, the condominium corporation, the property managers and the lawyers used the law, the condominium act, and the condo by-laws to get the court to force the family living in Unit 53 to sell their home and move out. That said, this wasn't the initial intent of anyone involved. All parties were trying and hoping that, anywhere along the timeline detailed in these pages, the family at unit 53 would come to understand that they couldn't keep doing what they were doing to the other residents, the board, the property management company, but most importantly, what they were doing to themselves. What were they doing? Therein is the long, complicated story of Unit 53.

All the basic Bhutanese dishes are presented, But I have been there 8 time and cooked with families, so I am used to the heat! No discussion of chilies versus Ema is presented. Also the selection of cheeses is not really discussed. I don't think Bhutanese in the US use Gouda as a substitute!
