Found out the product was counterfeit/fake mid-shipment.
Contacted the seller to make them aware that I would be wanting to return the item for a refund.
Seller said “check the quality” before making a decision. Order arrived while I was at work.
Requested to return, seller said refuse the order. Had to open a case in the end, was provided two different address and a cheap label.
Case was then closed in my favour as the seller didn’t provide correct label.
Pity.
