The item reeked of cigarette smoke! For something you're supposed to be able to wear on your head it is especially insulting that they would send something listing it is new condition. It is a latex Halloween face mask that has absorbed so much cigarette smell that we have aired it for days and sprayed it with to rid nok-out odor eliminator. So far the smell is still there.
