    After following all of the diagnostics by the 'technician' it was determined that the unit had failed. I could not eliminate the E9 message. Sadly the unit had a very nice presentation, the filters were all perfectly clean, the outside appeared new, and the bucket was bone dry. It did not pick up any humidity.
