I can’t give this a high rating I’m sad to say because the damage mentioned in this add and pics posted do not reveal just how bad it was…the skirt in the pic is beautiful when I received it I tried it on and couldn’t figure out why it felt like it was being pulled on one side - it was because someone had tied in knots the bottom of the outside layer of the skirt and the lining - once untied the real damage could be seen….
