Ordered a new Edge Zero 2 bridge and one of the saddles was scratched and I noticed it as soon as I unwrapped the bridge. He claimed it was from shipping which is BS. The box and wrapping were fine. I requested a new saddle from the seller. He said he didn't have one then all of a sudden he found one. He decides to send the new saddle free of charge, which is nice, but doesn't tell me a signature is required. I work a lot so I'm not home to sign for it. Now they won't reschedule a delivery.

With all due respect, i have sent EMS Form to you to proof that there is no "signature is required" option's column on it, you can easily googling for it. And i do not have access to usps, you're the one sirIts not of all sudden, i find it for a halfday, and make sure the item is flawless, then i back to you.I seek +review here, i'd really concern to aftersales-service, do not worry, after the item returned here, i'll send it back, just remember, stop throw cruel and hurtful words to people.
