Because of poor packing that’s exactly what happened. I got my full size purse crammed up in a ball inside of a very small mailbox and handles were all twisted and bent up as well as ends of purse. Had it been in a box it would not have fit in my tiny mailbox and postal service would have had to deliver to porch.
