I have been an Optics Planet customer for over 20 years but will never do business with them or recommend them ever again in procurement process for US military or Law Enforcement organizations. Hard to see how I.T.A.R.s and DoS would regulate the "export" of graphic mousepads???

Seller refuse to sell to US Active Duty Military at serving overseas even though all mail is within the national USPS APO/FPO/DPO system. The Optics Planet msg of cancellation happened after sale had already gone though so clearly there was no restriction for shipping addresses put on the items with Ebay. Reason for cancellation appeared patently fabricated that they were barred from shipping to US Military. I.T.A.R.s restrictions surely does not apply to pro US graphic neoprene mouse pads.
