    I am ITALIAN, so I speak to Europeans. I bought an artbook for $99 (+ $20 shipping with FedEx). I paid VAT on ebay, so the total was about $140. FedEx and customs DID NOT ask for any extra payment, you will PROBABLY pay if the goods are ABOVE $150. The seller: he DOES NOT respond to messages and offers and takes 15/20 days to ship. HOWEVER, once shipped, the package arrives in 4 days and in EXCELLENT PACKAGING. The book, sold as used, was absolutely LIKE NEW. So overall I am extremely satisfied!
